Hellurrr…happy new month! Its February, it’s the love month, and hopefully the white dress month for some of us. Somebody say AMEN. But for those of us who are still single, it may be hard to make February ‘that’ month. What am I saying, we do serve a miraculous God don’t we? Haha. First of all, let’s vibe to say something by Justin Timberlake. It’s a new tune so it’s all up in my senses! I hope you love it too. So last weekend I went to celebrate love with
Hellurr…happy new week! It’s a brand new Monday, a brand new ‘MANday’ edition and the brand NACK feature. I think I’m doing better with consistently posting on the blog. I’m happy and peaceful. I feel like this tune from the greatest showman, *dodges shoe*, fits the occasion. It’s titled From Now On. Please don’t be tired of my craze over this movie. I’m yet to see it again. Maybe then, I’ll calm down. On today’s feature, the spotlight is on the brand NACK. They have been around for a while
Hellurr…. It’s Friday! Hope your week was great! This jumpsuit was one of the things that made my week. I couldn’t get enough of it. It made me smile a little, maybe a little more than a little and I hope it does same to you too. Before we continue, tune of the day! I won’t apologize for the fact that I’m about to feature another greatest showman tune. The other side is one of my favorite. The choreography in this particular scene plastered a huge smile on my face.
Hellurrrr…It’s the weekend and a good time to style our Ankara gowns differently. I’m still getting back into the regular post routine but I’m quite excited about writing on this Ankara themed look. Song for the day is the fine Emelie Sande with Breathing Under Water. I may have featured this tune before but it’s worth a second feature! So I jointly designed this dress and when it was time to bring it to life, I spoke to Plums N Prunes about it and she did justice to it.
Hellurr….it’s been a crazy mix of events for me and in all of it, the results have been magical. If you follow my rants as much as I hope you do, you’ll know I’ve been raving about Creatives Connect. It’s a value-adding platform for creatives to come together, partner, network and pick valuable tools with which to birth magic and excel as a creative entrepreneur. It happened last weekend and it was all shades of magical! But first of all, introduction, MatchBox 20’s number titled Soul for the ride. For some reason,
Hellurr….Can you imagine this is the last Friday in the month of May? It feels so casual but the second quarter is already past its first half! Na wa oo. We seriously need to get moving. Well not before we listen to my new favorite tune from Mercy Me ‘Even If’. This song speaks to my soul! I sincerely hope it does to you too. So! How has your week been? I have gone between actively reading, editing photos, writing, and helping with the planning of Creatives Connect which I’ll
Hellurr… having a good week? I think I am! It didn’t quite go as planned but I’m not complaining. I made sure I bagged some good memories! This style post is giving room for the fringe to swirl especially to the music that’s about to be featured. Whitney Houston’s Dance With Somebody. Dance baby dance! Hmmm….I wasn’t going to talk about this but what the hell. Have anyone of you had your old-time, long-distanced crush come into town recently? Like you find out he/she is in town, they reach out
Hellurrr…who remembers that time when MTN’s ad had y’ello in almost every copy? I felt it was a nice play on the word yellow then! Now I just think it’s cheesy but still, great ad! Well, today we style! If you are a regular visitor, you know what’s to be served first. Some good music! Allow me take you back in time to some Michael Bolton! One of my favorite tracks of his is ‘When I’m Back On My Feet Again‘. That song has a way of waking up some dormant
Hellurrr….we’re half way through the week! And it’s style crush Wednesday for those who aren’t yet used to the pattern. I admit, I haven’t posted any of my style in a few weeks but I will do so this Friday. In the meantime, a tall glass of Neyo with this number Miss Independent. This is one of my all time favorite songs as it was dedicated to my young teenage self a very long time ago, by one correct and special ‘somborri’. Hehe. Story for another day *wink*. Now today’s
Hellurrr…how are you all doing?? It almost feels like a rare occurrence blogging these days, like seeing a daisy in Awka. Lol. Yes it’s solely my fault, I know. And believe me when I say I’m on the journey to getting better at this. It’s not easy yes, but excuse is not an option! So let’s dig in! In the mean time, can we just wag our ‘tail’ to some great tunes from Bruno Mars, That what I like. It’s Wednesday and as usual, we crush! I’m a simple person
